      Colloquio per Clinical Research Associate

      14 feb 2011
      Dipendente anonimo
      Los Angeles, CA
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza positiva
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kforce (Los Angeles, CA) nel mese di nov 2010

      Colloquio

I was contacted by a recruiter when I posted my resume on monster. The first call with the recruiter was just a general gauge to see if I was interested in the position. Since the company I was working for prior was in the process of going under, I had nothing to loose and everything to gain and follow-up. I had a second phone call that was much more detailed with another person (lots of questions about my background and lots of explanation about how things were structured within Kforce (area managers, therapeutic alliance etc.). After that call, I was then scheduled to a third phone interview with two area managers. I was grilled on the call about being a CRA and the proper procedures for different situations you may come across. That was the longest phone interview I've ever had (easily over an hour, maybe longer). It was a mix of personality questions, small talk and job-based scenario questions (but you are of course, being evaluated on every facet of the interview). Finally, I was flown to Los Angeles for an interview with my potential boss. The in-person interview felt very much like the phone interview. It was a little more geared to where I'd fit within the organization. The process from start to finish was among the slowest of any company I've dealt with and was rigorous, but the job at the end is worth it (assuming you actually want to be an industry CRA).
