I don't understand what these people are looking for, clearly met all the requirements for the position, long time teacher with SL experience. Could tell that they scan resumes and don't bother to look at the 3-4 essay questions they require. Reply from them had grammatical errors. If you are only looking at the resume, start with that and then require the essays...complete waste of my afternoon working on this application for them not to take it seriously. Respect matters.
