First round: 30 min phone interview with hiring manager
Second round: learn about one of the company's reports, write and record a 15-minute training/walkthrough of that for a customer
Third round: 45-minute panel interview with 3 additional team members
Fourth round: meeting with CEO
I dropped out before the fourth round because I'm exhausted.
Then I found out the CEO of KickUp reached out to the CEO of my current company without letting me know they were planning to do that and without asking for any references. Hearing about that from my boss just confirmed that I made the right choice in pulling out.
