First of all, all I heard while interviewing were the sounds of teachers yelling inappropriately at their classes. THAT was unsettling! Then, the director kept walking in and out of my interview while I was answering questions, therefore I didn't get to finish any of my answers. She proceeded to tell me that I was unqualified for the position (even though she had received my resume prior to the interview) and continued to talk down to me. Felt like a major waste of time.

Pretty simple, interviewees with the owner first then the director. Both asked similar questions involving my knowledge of ECE. Asked if I had any child care management experience. Ask about my job history and why I wanted the position. Asked what were my career goals were.
