Applied online; got a response in less than 24 hrs. Was asked to come in the same day for an interview. Spoke with a recently hired DM. He asked standard retail questions, nothing special. I didn't have any professional photography experience but I brought some photos I had taken that I thought came out nice. He seemed to like that a lot. Did a telephone interview with a Regional Manager a few days later. I was hired the next day pending a background check which took about a week

I interviewed with current manager, she liked me, forwarded info onto her boss...heard nothing from her for more than a week, I called the current manager, who then called the DM again, and finally after a week, had a phone inteview with DM. BE PERSISTENT..major advice
