I had one interview last year. I couldn’t start the date I originally stated due to personal reasons, but they were flexible with me and said that if I really wanted to they’d wait for me to sort it all out. This spoke volumes to me about them caring about their employees. It was one interview, about 35 minutes. Super respectful and over Zoom, I’m assuming due to COVID-19.
