Colloquio
My resume was submitted after seeing the position posted online. I received an email inviting me to an interview. The interview was to be conducted at my convenience, via video interview. After finally getting it set up, it gives you a question (12 in all), you get 30 seconds to think, and 3 minutes to answer. I was cut off on a couple after a minute, and stumbled on my words a couple times. You can see yourself talking, no way to cover up the camera box.
Overall, it was weird and uncomfortable. If they offer this to me again, I will decline in favor of talking to a real person. It gave me no feel for the company, and them no feel for me as a person and potential employee.

Lengthy. Started with an email to a colleague I've known for years. Emailing back and forth for a few weeks and then talking on the phone a few times over another few weeks before setting up a formal interview with my district manager and an area manger. We didn't speak of my technical abilities, we all knew each other. Their main concern was my planned longevity, as I had worked here before several years prior. It took about another 2 weeks to get started. Overall, probably just over a month, and that is a fast process for them.

Domanda 1
How long did I plan to stay. I had worked here several years prior and quit after 2 years. I expected the question, but it was not an easy answer to tie down
