The interview went ok, it is just a conversation, more of a culture-based question. Be prepared to answer ethics and know your strength and weakness. I guess, did not really ask me a lot of the stuff on the resume, but be prepared to talk about your past work experience, or the project you did and how you overcome those difficulties. They want to know your work ethic and people skills. If you are an introvert working in construction, it's ok, just tell them what you are good at being an introvert and you are ready to be an extrovert when needed.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
