I was contacted and set up an interview first with their HireVue system and then was contacted by phone. They HireVue computer system was very awkward and unpleasant. You have to watch yourself and once you've answered you can't change or re-do your answers. And if you computer doesn't work with their system is makes it even more nerve racking. The phone interview on the other hand was pleasant and very informative.

Fueron varias entrevistas con personal de Estados Unidos, y la última fue una entrevista panel, las entrevistas fueron en ingles, y me gusto mucho el proceso, explicaban a detalle quien era la empresa y sus valores

Lengthy video interview before you get in front of a live person. 13 questions, get 30 seconds to gather your thoughts and then 3 minutes to answer the question. They claim they use this technique to make more efficient use of your time. The problem is you don't have an opportunity to ask questions about the company. Seems like a lop-sided approach.
