A first round interview with a recruiter out of Texas. They said that there would be a follow-up with an engineer from the project, but there was no follow up.

What type of job are you interested in? Kiewit has a huge variety of work.
Applied from their website and got a video introduction about myself. You need a web camera to record the video. Basically, you click into their video introduction link, there are different questions available for you. Each question you have 2 minutes to answer. You have one chance to re-do the question.
