Pretty simple questions. All your basic interview screening questions and then background information. Questions on interest in certain things related to the job. Ideal start location within current projects. Although this doesn't mean much as they will put you wherever they need you.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
