Started with phone standard phone interview. Which was followed by four 1:1 interview. There was a skill test interview during which a list of tasks were given to recommend or to decline the project proposal.

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions
1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

We did a case study where they gave me a bunch of emails for cost analysis and why the cost of the material for paper products was going up and where we needed go to to solve the issue.

Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.
