It was great, Make sure you use the STAR format and actively listen to the recruiters. Use necessary metrics to quantify level of impact. For two recruiters, try to keep your eyes moving from one to the other. Both usually make the decision with regards hiring recruits

It took a whole day with intensity and required in-person presence, during which if you did not pass any process you could know the result and leave straight away. They cover the lunch and a gift bag, but no more travel fees. There were several rounds that examines negotiation, analysis and pressure-taking. Overall it was fair, but certainly reflects the fast pace of industry, and I believe the company holds more of a selection-based attitude rather than cultivate. Prefers local students who have a certain economic ground and love to explore fun activities.

Two interviews with three different people. First was 30 minutes, second was 30 minutes also. Not a ton of questions, just wanting to get to know my personality and my experience. Went through resume together.
