Met recruiter at a career fair and got an interview after applying. Interviewed with a manager for 30 minutes. Was not asked about any specific scenarios, just general background questions.

It took a whole day with intensity and required in-person presence, during which if you did not pass any process you could know the result and leave straight away. They cover the lunch and a gift bag, but no more travel fees. There were several rounds that examines negotiation, analysis and pressure-taking. Overall it was fair, but certainly reflects the fast pace of industry, and I believe the company holds more of a selection-based attitude rather than cultivate. Prefers local students who have a certain economic ground and love to explore fun activities.
