There were several opportunities to learn more about the company and the interview process before the interview took place.
They asked mainly behavioral questions centered around past experiences and how you handled certain situations. Overall the interview was very well done and the recruiter was very attentive and helpful throughout the interview

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions
1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.

Started with an on campus interview and moved to an on site interview. Consisted of several 1-1 interviews and an exam. Included a tour of their very impressive complex that more resembled a College Campus.
