I first met up with the HR Manager and the Marketing Manager. They asked me a couple of questions about myself, why the interest in KC and what I can offer. It lasted half an hour. Then I was called back a week later to do a Skills Test with 2 other candidates who are shortlisted. Once we completed the test, the three of us did a final round of interview with the General Manager. 3 days later, they called me and I was accepted.
