Met them through the school career fair, then received a phone call for an interview 3 days later. The entire process was extremely quick, I was contacted by the HR a couple of days after the interview notifying my offer.

Typical behavioral questions such as strength/weaknesses, problems with your co-worker and how I resolved it and such.
I talked to them and got offer for interview. Then, I had interview with them for an hour. About a week later got an offer. Have not decided on accept or decline yet.

Mostly asked behavioral questions, asked for situations like a time when I failed and had to improve something. I was asked to elaborate on some of my leadership experience and also to talk about a time when it was difficult to work with a group and how I overcome that.

First, I talked to two co-ops at Kimberly-Clark briefly. Afterwards, I entered an interview room and discussed previous projects of mine, as well as career goals. The interview was very relaxed.
