I went to a conference and i was able to get an onsite interview for the next day. The interviewer was really relaxed asked me about what i wanted to do in chemical engineering spoke about himself and then said he was going to ask me the behavior based questions. which i was not prepared for :(

How did you deal with diversity in a group or team you were in?
The interview process consisted of behavioral based questions. My interviewer was very friendly, and I did not feel unformattable throughout the process. I got my interview while I was at my university's career fair and my interviewer was an alumni from my school who had studied in the same program as me.

Met with a recruiter while they were visiting campus for an initial screen. After this it took longer than I expected to schedule an interview versus other companies I was interviewing with at the time. Interviewed on-site with potential supervisors. Two-week turnaround after on-site interview. HR was flexible with my start date and worked with my school's calendar.
