The panel interview was conducted using standard, conventional questions, and the interviewers appeared particularly focused on my personal responsibilities and individual contributions, rather than exploring overall team efforts or shared accomplishments.

Fairly normal process with your standard structured questions. Three seperate interviews starting with screening from HR into formal interview with hiring manager and then a final informal interview from Leadership Team member. Overall process moved fairly quickly.
