Phone interview for position in city I was moving to in month ahead. The phone interview was very casual and relaxed. Definitely felt as though they were trying to get to know me and let me get to know them rather than try to impress them or vice versa.

Are you a self-starter or do you prefer to have more direction? For instance, when you find a design task, do you immediately ask for guidance or do you spend time studying the problem before asking for help?
