Three rounds of interviews; a screening call, team interview, and an on site visit. I was flown in after completing all the rounds and met the team in Denver. I was offered the job verbally and through email, which I happily accepted and prepared to move. I received another call three days later telling me that after making me my offer, they'd thought it over and decided to rescind the offer citing "no passion for the work" as their reason. The lack of professionalism from a fortune 100 company was truly astounding. It was a horrible and exhausting experience.
