First there was a phone interview to screen me. Asked a few basic questions and personal questions. Very easy going. After the phone interview I went in and interviewed with the Front Office Manager, then the Assistant GM, and then finally the GM. Just be yourself and ask questions back to them.

Easy, and conversational. It did not seem like a typical interview. They just asked questions about me, and if I enjoyed talking with people. Only did 1 interview and was offered the job about 3 days after the interview.

really good, interesting questions and good atmosphere. managers seem to be interested in getting to know us and finding out if we are a good fit for the job. all staff were smiling
