Telephone interviews with GMs, Spoke with RVP of OPs. Then flown out to SF to meet with GMs and RVP. Also met, SVP of Sales, SVP P&C, Sales Team

The initial interview was within 2 weeks of my submitting an application. I had w different phone interviews with in the next week, one with the Regional Sales Leader and on with a Regional Operations person. And then......................... For the next 3 month, crickets. I reached out to both after 2 weeks and got more crickets. 3 MONTHS, MONTHS, later I get a call to see if I cam still interested. Clearly their 1st choice did not work out and they were trying to save themselves from a new search. I had already accepted another job and passed on reliving that delightful experience again. I cannot understand why HR and Leadership are so obtuse to job search process. A company does not start a candidate search months before they have a need. In the same vein, if I was looking for a job 3 months ago, that is when I was interested, not MONTHS later. I could not tell if they they really did not have their priorities sorted or if they were just not good at what they were doing. Either way, I would not be inclined to work for a company that can not get the hiring process right.
