During the interview, they really just want to get to know you. They may ask one or two traditional interview-like questions to get the ball rolling, but most of the questions they ask will be about your personality to see if you would be a good fit for the team and the culture. The interview is pretty easy going unless you are over prepared for standard procedure questions, then you may be thrown off...
I applied at a college career fair. I had two one on one interviews and then a panel interview. The questions asked were very typical for hospitality jobs except for a few questions where I had to get a little creative. The interviews were very conversational. Go prepared with questions.

They attended a career fair, I attended and I got the job. I interviewed with the HR head, GM & hotel manager. Friendly, straight forward and genuine questions.
