The interview process was very simple and straight forward. I met with the manger of the front office once and heard back the next day. I was nervous at first, but the interview was super casual.

First you interview with the front desk management team. If they bring in the General Manager and give you a quick tour you have the job. They will also introduce you to the front desk team which is small but very nice.
