Sat down with the general manager and the executive chef for about an hour. Conversation was fluid, informative and very positive. The GM gave great information on the role they are looking to fill, the culture of the company, and his expectations of an current of future staff member. The Chef gave a nice rundown of his history in the industry and what drives him to be the best at what he does.
