I wanted to share brief feedback on the process and my expereince. I was contacted via a LinkedIn message. Both the introductory email and the start of the interview described a role selling into BOTH international schools and universities. During the interview, however, there was a lack of consistency so just in the middle of the conversation, all of a sudden, the scope shifted to international schools ONLY, which allegedly changed the role’s fit with my background. No feedback / follow-up, at least a short message either. Personally, I felt as an added CV number to the process, or another CV to be kept on their file.
