First did an online application from LinkedIn, after applying it took a week to get scheduled for an interview online. After the interview I heard back a couple days later.

30 minute interview. Exactly what they'll ask depends on which location you're applying to. Requirements vary quite a bit. Ottawa office interview was much easier than Toronto office. People were very nice though, overall positive experience
