Mehrstufiger Interviewprozess bestehend aus Einzel- und Gruppeninterviews, sowie Case Studies. Insgesamt ein zügiger und aus meiner Sicht fairer Bewerbungsprozess. Schon während der Interviewphase lernt man Mitglieder des zukünftigen Teams kennen. Der Case bezieht sich definitiv auf die zu besetzende Position und wird fair diskutiert.

It went pretty good as it was completed in 1.5 hours. They want to get to know me, including my background and my experience, before getting into HR-related questions. Also there was a personality test to check if I would fit into their working culture.
