Offer The entire process took about 3 weeks, and KindHealth's entire team was quite professional and responsive throughout. The offered benefits were fairly generous - competitive salary, 401k w/matching, 100% medical/dental/vision/life, unlimited PTO & flexibility to work remote when desired. Although I ultimately accepted another firm's offer, KindHealth seems like a great company with a solid leadership team genuinely concerned with fostering a positive, employee-centric workplace.
