Awful! Their recruiting agency never responded, CEO #1 was good at communications at first then completely ghosted. CEO #2 didn't ask any questions, just talked about himself. Went in multiple times only to be ghosted after a month of being strung along. Worst interview experience in my career.

I had a phone Screen with an agency recruiter who didn't respond to follow-up for weeks then I was scheduled for a zoom with the hiring manager. The scheduling was poor. They told me a time rather than ask for my availability. I was invited to an onsite. It was a rapid succession of meetings with various leaders.
