Easy. Pretty Standard for a teaching position. There was first a quick phone introduction and that is when we scheduled a day to come in and have an interview. They hired me on the spot and we took a tour of the location. After my fingerprints were in I was able to start working.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
