Applied online and receive an email and called for a Phone interview, online test and in person interview. The entire process took about 5 days. Several questions with director of center in regards to situations present in the classroom. Great offer, but didn't accept.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
