I found it needy, messy and unorganized. They seemed extremely desperate which made me cautious and not want to work there. They were way to eager to hire me without knowing anything about me, clearing my background check or looking over my qualifications.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer
