The interview was very informal but the director had no idea I was coming. This was my first read flag; however she was very nice. The office was in disarray and didn't seem like a good fit for myself.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
