The interview itself was pretty well. I was trying for just an assistant position, but they assumed questions a head teacher would be asked. I know a lot about he industry, as I work in one, but something seemed a bit sketchy about trying to interview me for something more than what I was looking for. Going through the questions I was asked, there was a ton, we then went into the room where I could potentially work. I spent about 15 minutes in the room, attempting to ask questions about how they run things. After the small tour, I was then taken back into the directors office. They asked a few more things. The negative to this franchise, was I had to complete an application online. I STRONGLY FEEL THOSE DO NOT DICTATE SOMEONES QUALIFICATIONS. If the online application went well, I would get a call. Unfortunately something must have gone wrong online, never received a call or follow up.
