I didn't apply for the position. Recruiting Manager #1 found me on LinkedIn and contacted me. I had a phone interview with her, then she scheduled me for a video interview with Recruiting Manager #2. Minutes before the 2nd interview, I received a notification stating that the interview would be over the phone instead. Recruiting Manager #2 did not apologize for failing to conduct the interview over video, as originally scheduled. I also received conflicting information from both Managers about the next step of the interview process. One said there would be only 2 phone interviews and the other said there would be 3 interviews. I followed up twice with them for an update and never received a courtesy reply, not even to say they were moving on with other candidates. Disgraceful candidate experience from a company that prides itself as a "Gallup Great Place to Work."
