The initial interview was with a group of 7-9 other candidates. The interviewers asked several questions & made sure everyone had a chance to respond. The next interview was solo with a small group of managers. While this was an unusual experience, and it was a little unsettling to start, I ultimately found it very interesting - and for an entirely remote company, it really does help identify the people who will be able to work in this environment.
