I applied online, received an email with a link to record myself answering a screening question. The next step was a group video interview. I didn't mind the concept of that, and group interviews can be helpful, HOWEVER, my interview had 10 candidates. That is way too many, only a few can be on the interviewers screen at a time, so there's no way they can remember or get a good feel for people when there's that many fighting for attention. They did call on us individually so everyone got a chance to answer, but it was hard to keep things straight by the end of the 10 people.
