I had a one-on-one in-person interview with wound care nurse. I was coming in as a new grad RN with no prior work experience as a nurse. It was a standard interview with a majority of behavior-based questions and some competency-based questions.

Relaxed and simple. Interview was not as difficult as I thought. Prepared me for future interviews with other agencies. From the lady with HR to the recruiter to the CO. I was treated with respect. Even though I did not get the job. Kindred Heights staff was wonderful.
