The company is very disorganized and doesn't even know what they want out of a candidate. The people that interview you for a sales position have never done sales and have no clue what it takes to be successful. Most of their questions were just hypothetical questions that they haven't been able to figure out. The two people I interviewed with, 1 was a director and said um over 100 times and the assistant director was much more confident and personable. They seemed to already have their candidate picked based on the interactions I had with the staff members. Kindred will waste your time and then hire a former employer or someone pre selected and they'll interview to cover their butt
