      I was invited to interview by a Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Kinetix HR and experienced one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve encountered in my career. The recruiter proposed a 3:30 PM meeting, I confirmed the time, and then he simply disappeared. No call at the scheduled time, no apology, no outreach afterward, not even the next day to reschedule. Ghosting candidates after you propose the meeting is unacceptable, especially from someone representing themselves as a lead talent acquisition professional. It shows a lack of structure, accountability, and seriousness about attracting strong talent. I've led recruiting teams, and this level of disregard would never be acceptable under my leadership. Candidate experience matters. Communication matters. Reliability matters. When a company allows recruiters to operate this casually, it speaks volumes about internal culture and values. Companies lose high-caliber talent through this kind of behavior. Respectful communication is the bare minimum in this industry, and failing to meet it reflects poorly not just on the recruiter, but on the employer brand as a whole. I would advise candidates to be cautious and manage expectations when engaging with this team.
