1. Screening interview by internal recruiter 2. Hiring manager interview 3. Design test It took a lot of time to just book the first interview with a recruiter. The interviewer asked only very generic questions.

At first, I sent an online application, then video interview followed by a phone interview and two face to face interviews. The stages of the process progressed quickly but the moving on between stages took time.
