It is a pyramid scheme. They tell you there is a base pay, but it is actually commission-based. The 2nd and 3rd round consisted of a sales pitch from an employee on why this company "rocks". You are trying to get people to fix their windows at Sam's Club essentially. If you are looking for something stable, this is not it.

It's a two round interview. On the first round, they ask questions regarding your resume (pretty routine stuff). On the second interview, the owner talks about the company and how great it is but it's all BS. Also, he lets you ask questions but answers them vaguely. But try to keep your questions to a minimum since they are looking for people who aren't inquisitive.
