Three to four rounds of case study and culture fit interviews with various members of the team. Cases are relatively straightforward, no in-depth finance knowledge is required. All interviews are virtual
6 rounds of interviews, ending with being ghosted by the HR team. Last round is a case study. Initial interview is with hiring manager, subsequent rounds are with employees of varying seniority levels.
Met a lot of people, behavioral for the most part outside of one case study which was challenging but not exceedingly difficult. Everyone is super nice and helpful throughout the process
