The hiring process was very simple due to there lack of employees In The forth quarter there busiest time of the year. There demand for drivers was high so they were very eager to hire who ever they could. I was told In the interview that I was getting hired so there other employees wouldn't get overtime. I should of taken this as a sign of how the cdompany operates and values there workers.
