Lengthy, you meet with several interviewers who are preoccupied during the interviews. They're clearly understaffed and spread thin, but cannot bring their full attention to the interviews to bring more people on. Was told I'd be presented with an offer, only to have them notify me that they were changing the role to fully onsite on campus.

The interview process was set up quickly by HR, but it ultimately took three weeks to complete. I interviewed with 12 different people, including my potential direct manager, an in-person panel, senior-level employees, and even the CEO. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. However, despite following up a few times to inquire about the status of my application, I have not received any response. It's disappointing to be left without any communication after investing so much time and effort into the process. The lack of follow-up feels unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially given the extent of the interviews.
