I was interview by an external company called Skin Entertainment to work for kink.com project. I was interview by a guy named Steven that confuses Agile with Waterfall and Lean every 10 words. Also he seemed to me a big time micromanager, impossible for anyone to grow around his ego. If you are a mediocre dev it is the place for you, but if you hope you'll get career opportunities and improving your skill set... kink and skin are a waste of time.

Started out with a phone screen, a phone interview, and a coding challenge. After that I would have moved on to the final interview which would have been at their offices but the pandemic began and everything was cancelled.
