I took a written test and then had a phone interview with two current employees. The phone interview was confusing as both people would talk over each other. They didn't ask many questions and called back with a decision roughly a week later.

I applied online and had a 12 minute preliminary phone interview with a few current employees. You do most of the talking, so be prepared and have your resume in front of you. I was asked to go through my whole resume. I was told they would contact me within a week or so regarding whether or not I made it to the next stage of the interview process and I never got a phone call/email. Don't leave your interviewees hanging once you've made a decision. A simple email explaining that it wasn't the right fit would do.
