Met with two managers; very friendly. Seems to be high t/o which makes sense. They asked great questions. There were others waiting behind me. Office seemed organized. Seems like a friendly place.

What are two things that separate high performers and those that struggle in sales?
Formal, wants to know you are truly interested in the position. They ask about where you worked in the past. Experience on sales highly preferred. They tell you not everyone makes it after the first few weeks it is performance based
